How Much Sex is Healthy?
With all that we can see and hear about sex, it may be normal to wonder how often it is good to do it.
First, there are many factors that influence how often you have sex. Indeed, age, health, mood, stress are some of them. For all the benefits that sex brings, some people can have many sexual relations or very few for some others. So, sex is healthy!
But to answer the question of the right number to have sexual relations, there are actually no right or wrong answers. It will depend on your relationship with your partner. Obviously, it must not become painful. If you do it several times in the same day, just don’t hesitate to use lubricant, to not have some discomforts.
Moreover, having recurring sexual relations when you’re in a relationship can strengthen your relation and bring you closer together. Sex will also improve your mood, make you relax and lower your blood pressure. It could even strengthen your immune system. Depends on the way you do it, sex could be a good cardio exercise as well. This will make you burn calories.
Sex is healthy
Thus, there are no limits to all the benefits of having romantic relationships, unless of course it begins to hurt you as we’ve said above.
To reap the health benefits, studies have reportedly shown that the benefits are most important for people who have 1 or 2 courses per week. Indeed, haemoglobin levels would be higher among to students who are doing it at this frequency than those doing it more or less often. It might be just for student then..
If we want to know if there are a number of times which can become harmful, there is not really. It only starts to be a problem when it begins to interfere with your work, social life or other reasons such as these.
So it’s healthy and that’s it, which is exactly the same as masturbation.

Informative article on the topic of how frequent we should be having sex. It has been accepted that sex is a healthy, instinctive action by humans so this does answer the question. Thank you for sharing this.
I totally agree to your point that sex is healthy till it not hurts you. Though masturbation is also healthy, its the persons choice. But excessive masturbation may cause damage to the nerves that allow for the ejaculation. This can cause premature ejaculation or even an ejaculation during sleep.
