3 Less Calorie Cocktails
When your precious weekends are coming, you probably wonder what you can drink without gaining too much weight and calories.

Gin Tonic

Paloma
This tequila-based cocktail is still one of the less caloric. As the first one is based on white alcohol. Rather than the Margarita with his 740kcal, you could taste the Paloma.
It contains 166 calories with these recipe and quantities:
- Kosher salt for the glass’ contours
- 2 ounces mescal of tequila
- 1 grapefruit wedge
- 2 ounces fresh grapefruit juice
- 0,5-ounce fresh lime juice
- 2 ounces club soda
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Mojito
For rum lovers, we don’t think we can teach you anything about this cocktail. However, the mojito is better for you than others made with rum. Even if it contains a little sugar, there is no sweet syrup. Coke is missing, then it’s healthier, simple as this.
It contains 168 calories with these recipe and quantities:
- 12 fresh mint leaves and 5 small sprigs
- 1-ounce fresh lime juice
- 2 heaping teaspoons superfine sugar
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 2 ounces white rum
- 1-ounce club soda
With these cocktails, you’ll consume less sugar and calories, then you’ll be healthier, meanwhile still enjoying. But of course, always pay attention to your consumption, it will be better for your waistline and your mind.
