Effects in the short term
In the short term, the stimulants will tire you out. It’s suppose to wake you up like coffee, but instead after his effect has gone away, you will feel more tired. This fatigue will happen all of a sudden and will not go away quickly. It’s this exhaustion which will make you want to take up this stimulant again to be in good shape and better mood. Then, you enter in the vicious circle which is going to lead in the long term effect.
Effects in the long term
On the other hand, in the long term, stimulants can become very addictive. Indeed, regular doses and large quantities will set you up in a routine. It will be more and more difficult to get out of it in time. The short-term effects will get longer and then have negative effects on your health. This will change your heart rate by the way.
To conclude
Finally, nicotine and caffeine are the stimulants used by the most people. It doesn’t even necessarily occur to us that they are part of it because they are part of our daily lives.
We therefore advise you to pay attention to your sugar, coffee and cigarette consumption if you are a smoker. If you wish to stop or reduce sugar find a great way here.
