Maybe you prefer a relaxing time to close your eyes and meditate, or maybe you prefer to do a bit of stretch or exercises. It doesn’t necessarily need to last long it just needs to make you feel good.
Get the habits to eat fruits and veggies

However, the fact to eat daily fruits and veggies is the foundation of being healthy. I don’t say that you have to change everything you eat. I just say that you need to eat those colours and natural food every day. And that will be great if you can eat green and veggies at every meal. Those fruits and vegetables will give you vitamins and minerals that your body and mind need to be healthy.
Colour your plates
This easy healthy lifestyle tip is correlated to the previous one. Nonetheless, I emphasize the healthy eating part pattern because it’s so much important for you to understand. I see many people eating just 2 colours on their plate, however, this is sad. Colours surround our life. Fruits and vegetables have colours, pasta and rice are not the only carbs that we can have. What about the marron or orange of lentils, what about the red, white, black of beans and the different yellow of quinoas and chickpeas. You are what you eat, so put colours in your plate to rejuvenate yourself.
Get into the habits of moving
So nowadays, many people have a sedentary lifestyle, as you can imagine this is not healthy. Kids have scooters from childhood so they don’t walk, we get our food and groceries deliver to our door etc.. So we need to dring the alarm if we don’t want to get caught of not moving at all. And sorry to say that but not moving is dying. So I don’t say that you need to exercise if you don’t like that (even if it will be great), I say that there are plenty of things you can do to stay active and keep moving. Like walking your dog, use less transport, get a bike, don’t use your car if you can. Try to move daily, burn calories, keep up your metabolism by doing little by little each day that will be a great easy healthy lifestyle tip to implement into your life. You’ll get more energy and feel less sluggish or lazy in your day.
Avoid sugary drink, go for herbal tea
Getting into the bad habits avoiding drinking syrup, coca or other sugary drinks it’s a very easy healthy lifestyle tip to do. If you are addicted to it don’t buy it. Anyway, go for a more healthy option like herbal tea, again, you’ll keep the colours, but you’ll get away from the sugar which is really toxic for our body and mind as it plays into our behaviour. Do you drink enough water? This is a very important one. Our body is composed of 60 to 70% of it. This is why our first tip was to drink some as soon as we wake up. But also you need to drink water all day long. Especially if it’s the hot season, or if you do exercise. Again I heard many workers who go to the office and do not think about going to the sink or the fountain to drink water. This is bad. That’s why I tell them to take with them a bottle of water. Like this they can refill and carry their bottle everywhere, once is next to the bed, or in front of them on their office, they can think about drinking water often.
Avoid salt and sugar
I put that tip at the end cause I know for many it’s not an easy healthy lifestyle tip to implement. So here’s the thing, as you might know, sugar and even salt are not good for our body, let’s say that first, these two deteriorate our taste bud and palate. Then we crave for more, and they are necessarily useful for our body. However, they are everywhere, a big marketing campaign makes us buy them.
